Is the bmw 3 series a good diy (do it yourself) car?
Im 25 and am looking at buying one but like working on my own car. Im not sure if these are to hard to work on. Like do you need many special tools for bmw's. And is there alot of support for them.
Yes it is , you don,t give your age ,but it sounds like you want to learn , so its a fairly modern car to work on ,whether its the engine or bodywork,the spares are easily available,all you need is the room to work all round the car and some good axle stands or high quality car ramps,go for it.
