At what age do kids finally figure out Dad always says yes and mom always says no?
My oldest is 9 and when she asks me a question I always say "What did you mom say?" she always says "well, mom said no" then I say "well then no" but about 90% of the time if she had asked me first I would have said yes. What age will this realization come to her?
I can't remember a time when I didn't know that.
Unfortunately though even when I asked my dad first I got the ol "go ask your mother" so that didn't work for me.
