An eBay seller is giving me a lot of trouble on a refund, anything I can do?
I bought an RRODed Xbox 360 with 25 games on eBay, the seller didn't mention the games were replica games and fake and I said I want a refund please.
After a discussion, I proposed that I send him the games and keep the console and he gives me a part refund of £30 (of £50), as the console would sell for £15 on eBay (not included P&P), I checked, so I let him keep a free £5.
It seems like a fair deal to me. But the seller keeps saying, I will give you £25 refund. He replies with like 1 email a day (if that) and its taken us 3 days to get here. I have opened a dispute with eBay and update them with the situation (as they asked), no answer.
Is there anything else I can do? I don't want to open a PayPal dispute as they will say, send back the whole package and its costs like £10 to send back!
Doesn't Ebay have a dispute procedure in place. Try contacting them to see if your problem can be reslolved
